Minimum Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • MBA / Master’s degree in Marketing / Business or related subjects

Experience/ Training Required:

  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in Business Development andamp; Client Management
  • Knowledge andamp; understanding in creative, design andamp; advertising field including digital platforms
  • Exposure to Project Management andamp; multi-tasking
  • Certification in Marketing / Human Resources / Advertising, Design and / or related discipline is an added

Administrative Support Executive

Location: Mangalore

Job Description

Primary Job Function:

Manage Office Operations, Front Desk and provide executive and administrative support

Core Job Responsibilities:

  • End to end office operations including managing the Front Desk and Reception
  • Attend to Business Delegates, Clients and Office Visitors
  • Performs a broad variety of clerical and administrative functions for the MD and Directors including ticketing and travel schedules
  • Assists in coordinating agenda and preparations for Client Visits, Staff Meetings and Offsites
  • Manage Conference Room, pantry and all office inventory
  • Conducts and assists in all office events and get-togethers
