Michael serves as Director with Lykora Consulting and leads Business Development and strategic initiatives for the company. He is also responsible for growing and shaping the Talent Consulting vertical. 

Michael has over three decades of experience across Sales, Business Development and Talent Acquisition. He has been associated with Eli Lilly and Company, ABC Consultants Private Limited and Abbott Healthcare. During his career, he has contributed to building brands and shaping the careers of individuals aspiring to achieve their professional goals.
