Rudolph Pinto is Head – Talent Consulting at Lykora Consulting Services. He has spent over two decades in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries having worked with MNCs and leading Indian companies thus bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to his current role.

Before joining Lykora, Rudolph served as Head of Human Resources & Admin at Veeda Clinical Research, Ahmedabad. He had earlier worked as General Manager of Human Resources at Emcure Pharmaceuticals and as AGM, Human Resources (International) at Ipca Laboratories, where he played a key role in driving growth and development. Rudolph’s early career saw him in field-based roles at Eli Lilly & Co. and Johnson & Johnson. He also served as a Senior Consultant in Pharma & Lifesciences at Mafoi Global Search Services.
